This style of training works best for anybody that enjoys the social aspect of fitness. Similar to 1 on 1 training, 1 on 2 training is a personalized program that focuses on the goals of both participants. Similar levels of experience are not necessary.

60-Day Workout Plan

This 90-day program is design for people struggling to stay consistent with their gym routine and those that simply need to get to the next level. Each program is tailored to the needs of each individual with the intent or making it doable and enjoyable!
